Rollins Turner

A lifelong computer junkie, I retired from teaching in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Florida in Tampa in May 2011. After a year and a half of doing independent research and software development, striving to become the next dot com gezillionaire, I decided I should get a job. I worked as a programmer for ten months at Mad Mobile in Tampa. Then, after five months of trying to learn new stuff and catching up on projects around the house, I got a new job at Geographic Solutions in Palm Harbor. In January 2016 I took a Visiting Instructor position in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at the University of South Florida for one semester. Now back to trying to learn new stuff again, specifically machine learning.
